Madhu has practiced before the Delhi High Court and has extensive experience in handling complex and high-stakes IP matters for renowned companies across the pharmaceutical, IT, banking, food, manufacturing, and machinery sectors. She is also practicing before the Rajasthan High Court, where she handles commercial & arbitration matters, as well as other civil litigation, providing strategic guidance and effective resolution of complex disputes.

Chitra is a qualified lawyer with over 13 years of experience, specializing in IP prosecution and litigation, arbitration, and general civil and commercial litigation. She holds a B.Tech in Rubber and Plastics Technology from the Madras Institute of Technology and a law degree from the School of Excellence in Law, Chennai. She is also a Registered Patent Agent with specialized expertise in patent law. She began her practice at the Madras High Court and is currently practicing before the Bombay High Court and subordinate courts. Over the years, Chitra has developed extensive experience in managing complex patent filings, IP enforcement, licensing, and disputes, providing clients with practical, strategic, and technically informed solutions. Her unique combination of a strong technical background and legal expertise enables her to effectively bridge the gap between innovation and law, assisting clients in protecting, managing, and enforcing their intellectual property across diverse industries.
Ranu Purohit

Ranu Purohit is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India with over a decade of experience in high-stakes litigation across diverse legal forums. She has represented a wide spectrum of clients before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, and tribunals such as the National Green Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Company Law Tribunals, District and Labour Courts, and the PMLA Appellate Tribunal. Her core expertise lies in Commercial Litigation, Constitutional Law, and Environment Law handling both contentious and advisory matters backed by strong research and analytical skills. She is empaneled as a Panel Advocate for the Supreme Court of India with the National Handloom Development Corporation (NHDC) and serves on the Labour Panel of the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee (DHC-LSC). Ranu has previously served as Legal Manager at the National Green Tribunal, working on matters of national environmental importance. She has represented the Wildlife and Environment Conservation Organization in the high-profile Baghjan, Assam oil spill case. Her analytical articles have been featured in LiveLaw. Ranu holds a B.S.L., LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune (2014), and an LL.M. from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur (2017).
